Cytel is looking for a Sr Proposal Operations Manager in Des Moines, Iowa. This role involves supporting the Proposals & Contracts group in preparation and management of deliverables. The successful candidate will collaborate with team members to resolve technical issues and ensure quality deliverables for clients. Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor’s degree and 5-8 years of experience in a CRO or pharma environment. Strong skills in Excel and VBA are preferred, along with excellent communication abilities.
