We are seeking a dedicated Field Technician HVAC to join our team in Geelong, Victoria. This permanent, full-time role is essential for ensuring the efficient installation, maintenance, and repair of HVAC systems in various commercial and telecommunications projects. The ideal candidate will contribute to our commitment to delivering high-quality service and customer satisfaction in the HVAC industry.
Responsibilities
Install, maintain, and repair heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems in commercial properties.
Conduct routine inspections and diagnostics to identify issues and ensure optimal system performance.
Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns professionally.
Collaborate with team members and other trades to ensure timely project completion.
Maintain accurate records of work performed, including service reports and inventory management.
Adhere to safety regulations and company policies while on-site.
Qualifications
Completion of a relevant vocational qualification in HVAC or a related field.
Entry-level experience in HVAC installation or maintenance is preferred but not essential.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
A valid driver's license and willingness to travel to various job sites.
