We are looking for a Senior Data Analytics Manager (m/f/d) who can transform operational and customer data into clear strategic direction. You will work across operations, product, and compliance teams to ensure decisions are backed by accurate insights and measurable performance indicators.

*Key Responsibilities*
Analytics Leadership: Define and manage the overall data analytics strategy supporting operations, customer experience, and business performance.
Insight Generation: Translate large and complex datasets into clear, actionable insights for senior leadership and cross functional teams.
Team Management: Lead and mentor a team of analysts, ensuring strong analytical standards and consistent delivery quality.
Performance Reporting: Build and maintain dashboards and reporting frameworks to track KPIs across customer service and operational functions.
Cross Functional Collaboration: Work closely with operations, compliance, and product teams to align metrics with business goals.
Data Quality and Governance: Ensure accuracy, consistency, and reliability of data sources and reporting systems.
*What We Are Looking For*
Experience: 6 plus years in data analytics, business intelligence, or operations analytics, including at least 1 to 2 years in a senior or leadership role.
Technical Skills: Strong experience with SQL, data modeling, and modern analytics platforms such as BigQuery, Snowflake, or equivalent systems.
Visualization Tools: Experience with BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
Communication: Ability to present data insights in a clear, structured, and business focused way to senior stakeholders.
Mindset: You are analytical, structured, and commercially aware. You focus on turning data into decisions that improve real world outcomes.
Pay: £6,500.00-£9,000.00 per month
