Key Responsibilities

Lead and supervise Front and/or Back of House team members during shifts

Ensure smooth shift transitions and consistent execution of restaurant standards

Maintain a calm, solution-focused mindset in high-pressure situations

Communicate effectively with team members, leadership, and guests

Provide real-time coaching, feedback, and encouragement to team members

Monitor cleanliness, food safety, and speed of service

Handle guest concerns professionally and promptly

Serve as a role model by upholding Chick-fil-A values and creating a positive work environment

Qualifications

Must be at least 18 years old

Previous leadership or supervisory experience preferred

Able to work a flexible schedule including early mornings, evenings, and Saturdays

Able to lift 1065 lbs and stand for extended periods

Authorized to work in the U.S.

Strong understanding of restaurant operations a plus
