This leading educational organisation based in South Dublin are hiring a Finance Manager who will play a key role in driving financial performance and supporting strategic decision-making. This is a broad and hands-on Finance Manager position, sitting at the heart of the business. Youll bridge day-to-day financial operations with strategic insight, working closely with the Head of Finance and key stakeholders across the organisation. in this role, you will be responsible for preparing monthly management accounts and delivering clear, insightful financial reporting, while leading the budgeting and forecasting cycle, including rolling forecasts. You will manage payroll, VAT returns, and balance sheet reconciliations, ensuring accuracy and compliance at all times. A key part of the role will involve monitoring financial performance, analysing variances, and identifying trends to support decision-making. You will act as a business partner across the organisation, providing commercially focused, data-driven insights to non-finance stakeholders. It is expected you are a fully qualified commercially minded accountant with strong experience in management accounting and financial analysis.
