What to Expect (Job Responsibilities) Design, build, and ship agentic workflows across various domains, including research agents and conversational agents
Own the end-to-end lifecycle of agents from data ingestion to monitoring and evaluation
Build multi-step agents capable of autonomous planning and API orchestration
Communicate directly with Product Owners to ensure requirements are met and understood
Mentor junior developers and participate in code reviews
What is Required (Qualifications) University degree in computer science or a related program
8+ years of experience as a developer, including 2+ years as an AI developer
Strong understanding of the software development process and lifecycle
Experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies
Proven experience with LLMs and agent frameworks
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications) Experience with NoSQL databases like MongoDB
Familiarity with AWS or Azure
Experience with multi-tenancy and machine learning
Experience with Docker
Previous experience in occupational health, environment, ergonomics, or safety
