Responsibilities The firm's goal is to help clients meet their financial goals. We help clients open retirement, investment, and insurance accounts. The beginning responsibilities would primarily include: Data input for new accounts and account maintenance. Completing and submitting forms for client updates to accounts. Log all incoming and outgoing mail and handle accordingly. Maintain organized filing systems, data entry records, and ensure all documentation is accurate and up-to-date. After the initial training phase, additional opportunity for growth includes: Managing office needs. Help clients with account management. Manage multi-line phone systems, directing calls efficiently to the appropriate departments or personnel. Contribute to a professional office environment by maintaining organization, managing time effectively, and supporting personal assistant tasks when needed. Various other opportunities for growth. Experience Experience in office management, clerical work, data entry, filing, or administrative support roles. Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and general data management tools. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks quickly while maintaining attention to detail.
