Business Development Brand Ambassador Kitchen Remodeling

We're looking for a Business Development Brand Ambassador to represent our company in the Maryland market and help us grow through relationships, not cold selling. This role is ideal for someone who is already connected in the community, enjoys networking and building trust, wants flexible, performance-based income, and may already be in a closet remodeling or adjacent industry and is looking to add a complementary income stream.

Build relationships that drive business by connecting with realtors, designers, builders, and local influencers, developing referral partnerships that lead to real opportunities, and focusing on quality relationships, not volume.

Be the face of the brand by representing the company at networking events, community events, local markets, and associations, and communicating who we are and what we stand for with professionalism and confidence.

Generate qualified opportunities by turning conversations into qualified leads and booked appointments, focusing on homeowners and referral partners aligned with our ideal projects, and supporting the sales team by handing off warm, well-positioned opportunities.

Execute a targeted local strategy by focusing your efforts in specific neighborhoods and high-value areas, identifying where your time will have the biggest impact, hosting small events like lunch & learns with top-performing realtors, and building relationships with complementary trades (closet companies, etc.)

Stay active on social by sharing your presence before, during, and after events, and help build awareness and credibility organically.

What we're looking for includes strong relationship-building skills, comfort talking to both homeowners and professionals, self-motivation and discipline, professional presence and communication, ability to stay focused on high-value activities, and being organized enough to track leads and follow up.

Bonus if you have experience in remodeling, construction, real estate, or home services, existing relationships in the Maryland market, and background in outside sales or networking-based roles.

This is a performance-based role with strong upside: paid for qualified appointments you generate, additional compensation when your leads turn into closed projects, and the better your relationships, the stronger your income.

This is not a typical sales job. You're not cold calling, chasing bad leads, or working with a script. You are building real relationships, representing a quality company, and creating opportunities that turn into real projects.

We're not looking for just anyone. We're looking for someone who represents themselves well, builds trust easily, and takes ownership of their results.

Compensation: $60,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year.
