*Position Overview:*
As a full-time Physician Assistant, you will work in a fast-paced family practice setting, providing comprehensive care to patients of all ages. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in family practice or urgent care, and be proficient in EHR systems. You will have the opportunity to collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare providers to offer exceptional care and foster a positive patient experience.

*Key Responsibilities:*
* Provide direct patient care, including assessments, diagnosis, treatment plans, and patient education
* Conduct physical exams and develop treatment plans in collaboration with physicians and other healthcare team members
* Maintain accurate and timely documentation in EHR system
* Manage and follow up on patient care, including lab results and referrals
* Communicate effectively with patients, families, and the healthcare team
* Participate in office call rotation (4-6 days per month) to manage urgent patient needs
* Foster a collaborative team environment by working closely with ancillary and support staff
* Develop and maintain knowledge of organizational resources to assist in patient care
* Ensure high standards of customer service through effective communication and problem-solving
*Qualifications:*
*\* Required*
* State certification and licensure as a Physician Assistant in New Jersey
* 3-5 years of experience in a family practice or urgent care setting preferred
* Proficiency with Electronic Health Records (EHR) systems
* Strong communication skills, both oral and written
* Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
* Ability to collaborate effectively with a variety of specialties and support staff
* Ability to develop knowledge of and utilize organizational resources for patient care

Pay: $140,000.00 per year
