Position Overview:
We are looking for a motivated and energetic Inside Sales Specialist to join our high-performing marketing team. In this role, you'll be responsible for generating and qualifying leads, engaging prospects, and setting up meetings for our account executives. You'll play a critical role in driving growth by connecting potential clients with our SAP and IT solutions.
Key Responsibilities:Lead Generation & Prospecting
- Conduct outbound cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach to engage potential customers.
- Follow up on inbound leads generated from marketing and sales campaigns.
- Research target accounts and decision-makers to personalize outreach strategies.
Lead Qualification
- Use frameworks like BANT (Budget, Authority, Need, Timeline) to qualify leads.
- Ask discovery questions to understand customer pain points and business needs.
- Identify the right stakeholders and decision-makers within target accounts.
Sales Engagement & Outreach
- Schedule introductory meetings for account executives or field sales teams.
- Effectively communicate the value proposition of RTS's SAP and IT solutions.
- Handle initial objections and provide basic product/service information.
Pipeline & CRM Management
- Log all sales activities (calls, emails, meetings) in the CRM system.
- Track lead progress and ensure timely follow-ups.
- Maintain an organized pipeline to hit key performance metrics.
Collaboration with Sales & Marketing Teams
- Work closely with the Growth Marketing Manager to refine outreach strategies.
- Provide feedback to marketing on lead quality and messaging effectiveness.
- Support sales campaigns, webinars, and events by driving attendance and interest.
Performance & Metrics
- Achieve daily/weekly call and email targets.
- Meet lead qualification and meeting-set quotas.
- Continuously improve sales skills through coaching and training sessions.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 13 years of inside sales or business development experience; experience in SaaS, IT services, or enterprise software sales is a plus.
- Strong cold calling and prospecting skills, with excellent written and verbal communication.
- Ability to build rapport quickly and handle objections effectively.
- Familiarity with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred).
- Understanding of SAP solutions or enterprise technology is a bonus.
- Highly organized, self-motivated, and adaptable to a fast-paced and evolving sales environment.
- Must be located in or near Dallas, TX.
