Fitness Club Closing Shifts
Crunch is looking for rock star personalities that have strong customer service skills to help close the club on weekdays and weekends.
Responsibilities include:
- Membership sales
- Greeting all members and guests
- Checking in all members and guests
- Facilitating messages on club software
- Answering phones
- Communicating special events
- Maintaining a welcoming atmosphere
- Facilitating member requests
- Selling retail products
- Scheduling member services
- Facilitating payment of member services
- Knowing club facility, services, and schedules
- Maintaining a clean and organized work area
- Assisting in all projects as delegated by club management
- Following all policies and procedures in the employee handbook
Compensation: $15.00 per hour
