Inside Sales Representative

As the leading supplier of standard and modified storage containers in Northern California, Conexwest designs and fabricates specialty containers of all types. Our specialty workforce are extremely versed in creating habitable specialty containers to the simple addition of shelving, workbenches, and drawers- if you can imagine it, we can create it.

We're seeking a motivated Inside Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team. This role will focus on building strong customer relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and driving revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have experience in B2B sales, preferably in the container or logistics industry, and a strong working knowledge of Oracle NetSuite CRM/ERP. Key responsibilities include managing inbound and outbound sales activities to develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline, building and nurturing long-term customer relationships by understanding client needs and delivering tailored solutions, generating quotations, processing orders, and tracking sales opportunities using NetSuite. Additionally, the role involves collaborating with operations and customer service teams to ensure seamless execution of sales orders, meeting and exceeding monthly and quarterly sales targets, and conducting market research to identify growth opportunities and competitive insights.

Requirements include 2+ years of experience in inside sales, ideally within the container, logistics, or supply chain industry, proficiency with NetSuite (CRM/ERP) or similar platforms, strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills, proven ability to manage multiple accounts and close deals in a fast-paced environment, and a bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, or related field preferred.
