Quote railroad products to customers IE: crossties, switch ties and bridge materials
Order management and follow-up
Provide customer service, including inquiries, order tracking, and feedback
Interface with plant locations concerning inventory, production, freight rates and logistics
Provide support for outside sales managers
Follow procedures established by credit, logistics and tax departments
QualificationsBachelor's degree, BS or BA in Marketing preferred
Prior experience in business sales preferred
Strong organizational, communication and leadership skills
Team player
Ability to set priorities, analyze problems, work independently, and manage time effectively
Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel.
