We’re looking for a motivated Business Development Representative (BDR) to grow our customer base. This is a 100% commission-only role, ideal for someone with an established network in electronics or contract manufacturing, or someone hungry to learn and earn through results. The BDR will drive revenue growth by identifying and qualifying new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and supporting sales initiatives within the SMT manufacturing sector. Key Responsibilities
Identify and research potential clients in the SMT manufacturing industry, including OEMs, contract manufacturers, and suppliers. Initiate contact with prospects through targeted email campaigns, phone calls, and social media platforms. Build and manage a sales pipeline Promote our U.S.-based PCB fabrication services and capabilities. Compensation
Commission only: Earn up to 30% of the revenue from each new client you bring in Recurring commissions for repeat orders Ideal Candidate
Experience in B2B sales, electronics, or manufacturing Self-starter who can work independently and manage their own leads Strong communication and negotiation skills Familiar with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) is a plus Comfortable working remotely and setting your own schedule Location
