The Role
You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, managing customer accounts, and supporting clients with electronic security solutions including CCTV, access control, intruder alarms, and related systems.
Key Responsibilities
* Generate and develop new business opportunities
* Build and maintain strong customer relationships
* Manage enquiries, quotations, and sales activity
* Promote electronic security products and services
* Work closely with internal teams to ensure excellent customer service
* Maintain accurate sales records and pipeline updates
* Support existing customers and identify upselling opportunities
Requirements
* Previous sales experience within the electronic security industry
* Knowledge of CCTV, access control, intruder alarms, or related systems
* Strong communication and relationship-building skills
* Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
* Good organisational and customer service skills
* Full UK driving licence preferred
