For our client, we are seeking a Advisory - Technology Strategy & Solution Architect to join the team of a leader in the Information Technology space. This role will lead initiatives at the intersection of scalable technology, AI-enabled capabilities, and business transformation. You will work across engineering, product, and business stakeholders to translate complex requirements into practical technology solutions. The position offers the opportunity to influence architecture, execution quality, and long-term innovation within a technology-driven environment.
Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available
Compensation: $160,000 – $200,000 annually
Responsibilities
Lead solution architecture for Core Admin transformation initiatives
Assess legacy platforms and define migration pathways to modern solutions
Design future-state architecture for multiple operational areas
Define integration strategy for Core Administration Transformation
Recommend modern technology patterns and automation opportunities
Support sales teams on strategic proposals and RFP responses
Conduct current-state assessments and create modernization roadmaps
Qualifications
10–15+ years in healthcare payer technology, enterprise architecture, or Core Admin strategy
Strong experience with Core Admin platforms, especially HealthRules Payer (HRP)
Deep understanding of operational domains like claims, enrollment, and billing
Proven ability to design future-state architectures and transformation blueprints
Strong sales-facing skills for whiteboarding and executive communication
Exceptional communication and analytical skills
