Job Title:
Systems Engineer II
Location:
Remote
Pay Range:
$45-50/hour, based on experience
What's the Job?
Lead design, development, and optimization of video controller systems supporting channels, lineups, and entitlements
Architect and enhance signal flow across distributed video and controller environments
Design and implement system integrations across controllers, OSS platforms, and downstream devices
Develop and maintain backend services, automation, and tooling to support video operations
Conduct technical design sessions, troubleshoot complex system issues, and improve system reliability
What's Needed?
6 - 10+ years of experience in systems engineering, video operations, or telecom environments
Deep understanding of video signal flow and distributed system architectures
Strong experience with IP-based video environments and distributed service architecturesProficiency with networking protocols such as DNS, DHCP, HTTP, TLS, SSH, etc.
Experience with Linux systems administration and OSS platforms, along with scripting skills (Python, Bash, or similar)
