Job Title: Environmental, Health and Safety Coordinator Department name: EH&S Department Reports to: EH&S Manager Direct reports: N/A Harmonics Recruitment are currently recruiting for an EH&S Coordinator on behalf of a leading client based in Limerick The main function of this role is, Environmental, Health & Safety (EH&S) Administration and Preventative Maintenance (PM) Administration. In addition, responsibility for facilitating contract management. Responsibilities: EH&S administration. PM administration. Responsibility for the presentation of the Lobby area - Meeting and greeting visitors to the site and maintaining register of all visitors, issuing & collecting visitor passes. General office duties. Makes identifiable and substantial contributions to continuous improvement. Performs all duties consistent with established guidelines consistent with ISO-9001 and those elements of GMP deemed necessary to support our business (as outlined in the Quality Manual). Actively complies with and endorses Department and Company objectives. Job Specifications: Certificate in Health & Safety is required. Good working knowledge of computers. Must be able to accommodate a flexible work schedule. Previous experience working in an administrative/health & safety role is an advantage. The ability to work on own initiative and to multitask. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to deal with people at all levels, both face to face and on the telephone. Working from home is not optional for this role as it requires 100% onsite presence
