Supporting IT financial operations, the full-time IT Operations Analyst will manage contract tracking, procurement processes, and operational spend management while working remotely.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain centralized tracking of IT contracts and monitor contract milestones for renewals and changes
Support IT operational procurement processes and assist with invoice validation and payment processing
Track and reconcile IT operational spend, providing visibility into actuals and forecasts for financial decision-making
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in business, Finance, Accounting, Supply Chain, or Information Systems, or equivalent experience
2 years of experience supporting IT financial operations, contract administration, or procurement
Strong financial, analytical, and reconciliation skills
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Effective communication skills to partner with technical and finance stakeholders
