Position Summary We are seeking a motivated and results‑driven B2B Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our dynamic sales team. The BDR will generate and qualify leads, set appointments, and initiate the early stages of the sales process in a target‑driven environment.
Key Responsibilities
Lead generation through outbound prospecting, including cold calling, list building, emailing, and social media outreach.
Qualify outbound leads to determine fit and potential as sales opportunities.
Schedule qualified appointments and demos for the sales team.
Maintain accurate records of all lead interactions and activities in the CRM system.
Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and potential opportunities.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
1–3 years of sales experience in a BDR role, preferably in software or financial services.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Strong organizational skills and work ethic.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Qualifications
Understanding of the brokerage and financial services industries.
FINRA Series 7 certification.
