What You’ll Do:
Source and manage your own mortgage processing pipeline.
Work directly with loan officers, underwriters, and clients to ensure seamless transactions.
Maintain compliance and accuracy in all loan documentation.
Build strong relationships with lenders, real estate professionals, and borrowers to grow your business.
What We’re Looking For:
Minimum 2 years of mortgage processing experience.
Strong understanding of loan guidelines, underwriting, and compliance.
Self-motivated and entrepreneurial mindset – ready to take charge of your success.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently while meeting deadlines and closing loans efficiently.
Assessment Requirement: All qualified candidates will be required to complete an assessment to evaluate their mortgage processing knowledge and skills before proceeding in the hiring process.
