Campaigns and Events
Manage LoveYourBrain’s annual campaigns, overseeing workback and project management from strategy to execution.
Coordinate campaign communications within Classy and ensure integration across other platforms.
Serve as the primary contact for campaign donors and peer‑to‑peer fundraisers using the Classy system.
Oversee campaign partner outreach and manage peer‑to‑peer fundraising prizes, allocation, and shipping.
Manage all in‑person events, including the Annual Golf Tournament, Ride for Resilience Charity Bike Ride, and other special events.
Act as lead contact for vendor relationships, logistics, volunteers, and individuals, and handle set‑up and tear‑down processes.
Manage Development volunteers: interview, match, train, and assign roles during events, onsite or remotely.
Institutional
Conduct prospect research, manage grant portal logins, and serve as project manager for grant opportunities.
Draft reports and renewal requests; manage the collection of budgets, 990s, 501(c)(3) documents, and related requirements.
Coordinate institutional donor site visits, aligning logistics between programs and funders to foster impactful relationships.
Individuals
Manage stewardship communications for all donor segments: fundraisers, major donors, monthly supporters, mid‑level donors, and prospects.
Respond to all donor inquiries, involving other decision makers when appropriate.
Lead the monthly giving program, analyze recurring donor data, manage benefits, and ensure timely gift receipts.
Identify donor and partner spotlights across newsletters, social media, and campaign stewardship communications.
Serve as the point of contact for program fundraising related needs and questions.
Systems
Maintain comprehensive CRM (Salesforce) management, including offline payments, revenue allocation, monthly reporting, and data hygiene.
Document and update department SOPs with best practices.
Ensure data integrity across third‑party gift systems (Benevity, DAF portals, PayPal Gives, etc.) and soft credit tracking.
Oversee all donor acknowledgements, mailing/emailing letters, VIP touchpoints, and receipt re‑distributions via GoFundMePro/Classy.
Produce regular reports such as gift/pledge summaries, contact and prospect analyses, and campaign/event lists.
Administrative
Manage all soft and hard copies of gifts, grants, and donor correspondence.
Use Google Drive and Salesforce to maintain a professional and organized department.
Provide administrative support to the Executive Director as needed.
Perform general administrative duties per request.
Qualifications and Skills
4+ years experience in a development administrative role with extensive Salesforce and GoFundMePro data management.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills; capable of presenting content clearly to diverse audiences.
Highly developed organizational skills, keen attention to detail, and ability to prioritize tasks.
Strong multitasker, managing multiple projects with differing deadlines.
Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team; takes direction and works autonomously when appropriate.
Commitment to compassion, openness, and self‑awareness.
Critical thinking skills using data to inform marketing strategy and new initiatives.
Minimum Requirements
4+ years of account or project management experience, preferably in a national or entrepreneurial nonprofit setting.
4+ years Salesforce and GoFundMeProClassy experience.
Analytical, creative, and strategic thinking.
Strong self‑starter mindset.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with people affected by traumatic brain injury or other neurological conditions.
Yoga and/or mindfulness practice.
Experience working with Squarespace.
Physical Requirements
Travel in the US (by air and car); must have a valid driver’s license and passport.
Occasional car driving.
Participate in full‑day events.
Work Environment
Remote work capability.
Computer use up to 8 hours per day.
Telephone or video conferencing multiple times daily.
Weekend availability occasionally.
