À propos

Innodata (Nasdaq: INOD) is a global data engineering company. We believe that data and Artificial Intelligence (AI) are inextricably linked. Our mission is to enable the responsible advancement of artificial intelligence by providing the data, evaluation frameworks, and human expertise required to build AI systems that can be trusted at scale. We provide a range of transferable solutions, platforms, and services for Generative AI / AI builders and adopters. In every relationship, we honor our 36+ year legacy delivering the highest quality data and outstanding outcomes for our customers.
Scope of the Role Innodata is looking for a hands‑on Demand Generation Manager to own and execute the full lifecycle of B2B lead generation — from campaign strategy through pipeline delivery. This is a builder role: you'll be the primary operator of our marketing automation, paid media, and ABM programs, working directly with Sales and Marketing Operations to drive measurable pipeline growth. If you thrive at the intersection of data, technology, and creative execution and want to make a direct impact on revenue at a fast‑growing AI data company, this role is for you.
What You’ll Own Paid Media & Campaign Execution
Plan, launch, and optimize paid acquisition campaigns across LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, programmatic, and retargeting
Own audience targeting, creative testing, budget allocation, and performance analysis across all paid channels
Drive improvements in CTR, CPL, MQL‑to‑SQL conversion rates, and pipeline velocity
Serve as the primary admin for Pardot (Marketing Cloud Account Engagement) — owning email campaigns, workflow automation, audience segmentation, and dynamic content
Manage data flows and integrations between Salesforce, Pardot, Gravity Forms, and the corporate website
Build and maintain lead scoring models, nurture programs, drip campaigns, and ABM workflows across the funnel
Design and execute account‑based marketing programs targeting key industries and buyer personas
Partner with Sales to align campaign strategy with target account lists and go‑to‑market priorities
Build closed‑loop reporting to track pipeline influence, attribution, and marketing ROI
Website & Conversion Optimization
Partner with the website team to improve lead capture, landing page performance, and conversion rates
Run A/B tests and monitor conversion metrics across campaign landing pages
Ensure SEO best practices are applied across campaign assets and landing pages
Analytics & Reporting
Own campaign dashboards and reporting across core KPIs: MQLs, SQLs, pipeline, ROAS, CAC, and CPL
Deliver actionable insights to continuously improve lead quality, funnel performance, and marketing ROI
Ensure data hygiene, deduplication, and compliance with GDPR and CAN‑SPAM
You’ll Thrive in This Role If You Have
5+ years in demand generation, performance marketing, or growth marketing for B2B SaaS or enterprise technology
Hands‑on Pardot expertise (certification a plus) — you've built and managed complex automation flows, not just used the platform
Strong Salesforce CRM knowledge and experience managing marketing data workflows
Proven track record running and optimizing LinkedIn Ads and Google Ads campaigns with real budget ownership
Deep understanding of lead scoring, ABM, nurture programs, and full‑funnel metrics
Analytical and technically proficient — you can build a dashboard, troubleshoot an integration, and present insights to leadership
Experience marketing AI, data, or enterprise technology solutions
Familiarity with Gravity Forms, Google Tag Manager, and SEO/SEM tools
Experience working cross‑functionally with Sales, Marketing Ops, and Product Marketing in a remote environment
The expected salary range for this position is $120,000 – $140,000 USD per year, based on experience, skills, and qualifications.
