We are in search of a hungry, ambitious, and exceptionally talented full-stack engineer to join our early-stage engineering team who’s passionate about shaping the future of hardware development tools from the ground-up. Responsibilities
Own and develop user-facing features to enable interaction with 3D models and their 2D representations in our cloud-based web application Develop, maintain, and optimize frontend code to create a responsive, highly interactive & consumer-grade UX Work with backend engineers to integrate RESTful APIs and WebSockets for real-time data manipulation and display Conduct performance tests and make necessary adjustments to optimize speed and UX Work hand-in-hand with the founding team to define the product and translate user needs into technical specs, with an eye for user pain, simplicity, and scalability Qualifications
2-5+ years software engineering experience — startup experience is a plus Strong proficiency in web development, Python and React Experience turning Figma into React components with a proven track record of developing and deploying high-quality, scalable code and familiarity with version control tools like Git Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and effectively articulate technical concepts, trade-offs and decisions Willingness to travel to colocate for in-person work weeks with our small, mighty team Experience working with CAD kernels or a CAD related SDK is a plus Full medical, dental, vision insurance and benefits Generous equity package Limitless career opportunity A positive, flexible working environment STAY in touch Stay in the loop with everything Drafter
