The Vermont Captive Insurance Association (VCIA) is the largest and most respected captive insurance trade association in the world, supporting 400+ member organizations through education, advocacy, and year-round engagement.
The Membership & Program Coordinator is a key contributor to that mission — serving as a primary contact for members, supporting our annual conference, and helping deliver VCIA’s educational programming. This collaborative role works closely with the Membership Director and Director of Learning & Professional Development and offers meaningful exposure to the full scope of VCIA’s work.
Key Responsibilities
Manage membership renewals and records
Coordinate exhibitor logistics for our annual conference
Support webinars, speaker coordination, and event setup
Deliver excellent service to members, prospects, and partners
Qualifications
Strong organization and attention to detail
Excellent written and verbal communication
Tech‑comfortable; AMS/CRM or project management tool experience a plus
Association, event, or customer service background preferred
