We’re seeking an experienced
RWD/RWE Transformation Expert / Project Manager
to support the rollout of a new
RWD/E governance framework and operating model . This role partners closely with the PMO lead, medical/scientific teams, and cross‑functional stakeholders to ensure smooth adoption and transition into BAU operations. Key Responsibilities: Implement RWD/RWE governance model (roles, workflows, decision rights). Develop SOPs, guidance documents, and process templates. Align governance with regulatory, privacy, and compliance standards. Drive PMO activities: rollout plans, milestones, status reporting, risk management. Lead cross‑functional coordination and support transformation activities. Create change‑management materials (training, comms, onboarding). Facilitate workshops and ensure stakeholder alignment. Support BAU transition and monitor early execution. Required Skills: 10+ years in
RWD/RWE, data governance, project management, or transformation . Experience leading organizational change & operating model implementations. Deep understanding of the
RWD/E lifecycle
(acquisition → curation → analysis → evidence). Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management. Ability to bring structure to evolving, ambiguous environments. Preferred: Pharma/biotech RWE experience. Knowledge of
GDPR, HIPAA , and data access policies. Background in consulting or enterprise transformation. Contract:
