Impact : Own the technical execution of web projects from architecture to deployment. Your work will directly shape client outcomes — site performance, reliability, and user experience. You’ll help define INCORE’s technical direction. Environment : Remote‑first, collaborative, and pragmatic. We value craft, clear communication, and shipping on time. Tooling : React, Next.js, TypeScript, TailwindCSS, Node.js, PostgreSQL, PayloadCMS, Figma, Git/GitHub, ClickUp for project tracking, Google Workspace/Slack for collaboration, and AI tools (Claude Code, Codex) to accelerate development — used responsibly and aligned with code quality and UX standards. Schedule : Remote availability with consistent overlap during
core hours of 9 AM–3 PM Eastern Time (GMT -4) . Flexibility on the rest of your day. Success looks like:
Projects are built cleanly, reliably, and on time. Figma designs are translated into polished, responsive, production-ready interfaces. Backend logic, APIs, and database work are stable and well-structured. Clients and teammates trust your estimates, communication, and follow-through. Bugs are investigated thoughtfully and fixed properly, not patched blindly. Existing WordPress sites are maintained reliably. You improve our development process, documentation, and reusable patterns over time. AI tools are integrated into repeatable workflows in a way that saves time without sacrificing quality — and you can clearly articulate where and how you use them. ✨
To do well here, you:
Take ownership of your work and deadlines. Communicate clearly, directly, and kindly. Ask good questions before building the wrong thing. Care about clean code, performance, UX, and maintainability. Can work independently but collaborate well with a small team. Are comfortable with both new builds and improving existing systems. Are not afraid of AI tools, but you do not blindly rely on them.
