About the Role We're looking for a Sales Representative who is proactive, entrepreneurial, and hungry to build something from the ground up. This is not a "wait for inbound leads" role — you'll be identifying prospects, running outreach, booking demos, and closing deals with orthopedic practices, surgical groups, and multi-specialty clinics across the U.S.
You’ll be one of the first sales hires at a company with real product‑market fit, paying customers, and a massive addressable market. If you thrive in fast‑paced, ambiguous environments and want to have an outsized impact on a company's trajectory, this is your opportunity.
What You’ll Do
Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to close for B2B healthcare accounts
Identify and engage decision‑makers at orthopedic and surgical practices (CEOs, COOs, practice administrators, office managers)
Run product demos and articulate the ROI of ClinicFlow’s voice AI platform
Build and manage your own pipeline using CRM tools
Collaborate directly with the founding team on sales strategy, messaging, and market positioning
Provide market feedback to shape product development and go‑to‑market strategy
Represent ClinicFlow at industry events and conferences
What We’re Looking For
1‑3+ years of B2B sales experience, ideally in healthcare, SaaS, or health tech
A self‑starter mentality — you don't wait to be told what to do
Entrepreneurial mindset with a bias toward action and creative problem‑solving
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Comfort with ambiguity and a willingness to wear multiple hats
Experience with outbound prospecting and cold outreach
Familiarity with CRM platforms (HubSpot, Close, Salesforce, etc.)
Bonus: experience selling into medical practices or health systems
Compensation
Uncapped commission structure tied to closed deals
