You will report directly to the Manager of Sales Development.
Minimum Qualifications
A Bachelor's Degree
At least 1 year of experience in Sales (in any industry/capacity)
Fast learner who craves knowledge
Motivated by money and opportunity
Goal‑oriented
Superior verbal and written communication skills
Clear history of diligent process and clear follow‑up abilities
Experience persevering despite challenges
Experience with sales tools (SalesLoft/Outreach, Salesforce, SalesNav, etc.)
Independent self‑starter who also works well on a team
Passionate about providing inclusive coverage to marginalized populations
Preferred Qualifications
6‑9 months of experience as an SDR
Professional experience in a client‑facing role
Professional experience in Benefits/Healthcare
Compensation Carrot offers a holistic Total Rewards package designed to support our employees in all aspects of their lives inside and outside of work, including health and wellness benefits, retirement savings plans, short‑ and long‑term incentives, parental leave, family‑forming assistance, and a competitive compensation package. The starting base salary for this position will range from $55,000.00 - $65,000.00, plus a variable. Actual compensation may vary from the posted base salary depending on your confirmed job‑related skills and experience.
