Requirements
10+ years of experience in Data & AI (advanced analytics, ML, cloud).
Strong background in project management (PMI, Agile).
Knowledge of modern data architectures (Data Lake, Data Mesh, Cloud DW).
Experience with Azure, AWS, or GCP.
Familiarity with data engineering (ETL/ELT, pipelines).
Leadership, strategic thinking, and excellent communication skills.
Experience with tools such as Databricks, Spark, Synapse, Snowflake, BigQuery, Power BI.
Nice to have
Experience scaling Data & AI consulting teams.
Background in both Agile and Waterfall environments.
Innovation mindset and strong decision-making skills.
Responsibilities
Lead Data & AI projects end-to-end, ensuring excellent delivery and customer satisfaction.
Manage project planning, budgeting, KPIs, deliverables, risks, and escalations.
Oversee talent planning, recruitment, and upskilling programs for technical and soft skills.
Partner in commercial proposals and RFPs, presenting strategic capabilities to clients.
Validate technical and economic proposals aligned to business goals.
