⭐ Preferred Background (High Priority) Candidates who have worked with major marketing agencies or consulting groups, including:
Walmart, Amazon, Costco, The Home Depot, Kroger, Walgreens Boots Alliance, CVS Health, Target, Lowe's, or Albertson s. We are looking for experienced Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) in Retail — covering merchandising, supply chain, store management, e-commerce, and customer experience — to join our AI training and evaluation team. These are remote, freelance roles where you will help shape next-generation AI solutions for the retail industry. What You’ll Do Evaluate AI-generated outputs for accuracy, relevancy, and domain-specific reasoning. Annotate, validate, and structure domain‑specific data sets used for AI model training. Work closely with AI/ML engineers and product teams to improve model performance and real‑world applicability. Stay updated on retail industry trends and suggest innovative AI use‑cases. Who We’re Looking For Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field (Retail or closely related). 7+ years of professional experience in retail operations, merchandising, supply chain, store management, or customer experience. Strong analytical, communication, and cross‑functional collaboration skills. Familiarity with domain tools (ERP, CRM) is a plus. Experience with AI/ML tasks (data annotation, prompt‑design, model evaluation) preferred but not mandatory. Previous experience with major retail companies such as
Walmart, Amazon, Costco, The Home Depot, Kroger, Walgreens Boots Alliance, CVS Health, Target, Lowe's, or Albertson s is a plus. What We Offer Laptop provided.
