Required Qualifications
10+ years of IT program/project management experience (federal preferred)
Experience supporting Department of State or similar agencies
Strong background in Agile, DevSecOps, and cloud environments
Knowledge of ATO, RMF, and federal compliance frameworks
Certification
Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification, Agile, or equivalent certification
Clearance
Active Secret or Top Secret clearance required
Key Responsibilities
Lead program delivery across Agile, DevSecOps, and SDLC initiatives
Manage scope, schedule, budget, and performance metrics (e.g., Agile, EVMS)
Oversee cloud, software development, and system integration efforts
Ensure compliance with NIST, FISMA, FedRAMP, and DOS policies
Direct cross-functional teams (engineering, cybersecurity, operations)
Provide strategic planning, risk management, and stakeholder engagement
Deliver program reporting, documentation, and continuous improvement

Location: Washington D.C.

Work schedule: Schedule is day shift Monday – Friday. May be requested to work evenings and weekends to meet program and contract needs.

Work Authorization / Security Clearance U.S. Citizen Active Secret or Top Secret clearance required
Physical Demands Regularly required to use hands to handle, feel, touch; reach with hands and arms; talk and hear. Regularly required to stand, walk, sit, climb or balance, and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. Regularly required to lift up to 10 pounds, frequently up to 25 pounds, and up to 50 pounds. The vision requirements include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.
