Senior Full Stack Engineer
Location
Remote Role Summary
We are looking for a Senior Full Stack Engineer with strong Angular and .NET Core expertise who can own application production support and contribute to ongoing development and maintenance. The ideal candidate brings 5+ years of modern frontend experience, solid backend skills in .NET Core/C#/SQL, and at least 2 years in application production support with hands‑on ITSM (ServiceNow) experience. Work Hours and Shift Rotation
Primary US‑hours coverage with rotational shifts:
3:30 PM – 12:45 AM (overnight) 6:30 PM – 3:15 AM (one week every 6 weeks) 10:15 PM – 7:30 AM (one week every 6 weeks)
Occasional weekend/holiday coverage as needed for production incidents and releases. Flexibility for shift swaps during critical releases or major incidents. Key Responsibilities
Application Development and Maintenance
Deliver high‑quality features and fixes across the stack (Angular frontend and .NET Core backend). Participate in code reviews, refactoring, and performance tuning. Maintain clean, testable, and well‑documented code following best practices and standards. Frontend (Angular)
Build and maintain responsive UI using Angular (5+ years experience preferred). Implement component testing using a testing library (e.g., Jasmine/Karma/Jest/Testing Library). Apply strong JavaScript (ES5/ES6), OOP, and prototypal inheritance principles. Write clean HTML/CSS and utilize modern tooling (Webpack, Git). Backend (.NET Core, C#, SQL)
Design and implement services and APIs using .NET Core 3.1+ and C#. Develop efficient SQL (queries, procedures, optimization) for application features and support. Integrate with enterprise systems and handle data access, caching, and configuration securely. DevOps and Cloud
Work with Azure DevOps (ADO) pipelines and boards (optional/good to have). Leverage Azure cloud services where applicable (good to have). Contribute to CI/CD, environment management, and deployment automation practices. Required Qualifications
Must‑Have
Hands‑on experience with Angular. Strong JavaScript (ES5/ES6), OOP, prototypal inheritance, HTML, and CSS. .NET Core. SQL development. Minimum 2 years of application production support and maintenance projects. Strong familiarity with ITSM platforms, particularly ServiceNow. Solid understanding of ITSM processes (Incident, Problem, Change, SLAs). Excellent problem‑solving, analytical, and debugging skills. Ability to work independently and in a team; strong communication in a global setting. Willingness to work US hours and rotational shifts. Good to Have
Azure cloud knowledge. Azure DevOps (ADO) for boards, repos, and pipelines. Performance tuning and observability (logs, metrics, APM). Experience with secure coding and compliance in enterprise environments. Share your resume to: VeenaShriV@hexaware.com
