Role Responsibilities
Create complex, evidence-based medical question–answer pairs.
Research and synthesize information from reliable medical sources.
Provide detailed, source-backed explanations for all answers.
Identify gaps in AI medical reasoning and design questions to address them.
Collaborate with AI and data teams to improve model performance.
Communicate medical concepts clearly in multiple languages.
Requirements
Fluency in at least two languages with strong medical terminology proficiency.
Experience in clinical practice, medical research, or academic medicine.
Strong analytical and reasoning skills for complex problem-solving.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
Attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and evidence-based outputs.
