The Onboarding Coordinator plays a critical role in ensuring new Legacy Farmer members have a smooth and professional start to their journey. This position is responsible for managing the onboarding process from initial scheduling through financial setup, policy review, and software introduction. Additionally, the Coordinator facilitates all scheduling for the Senior Coaching team, ensuring calendars are managed efficiently and members receive timely access to coaching resources. The Coordinator serves as the first point of contact for members, setting expectations, ensuring compliance with internal processes, and preparing members for successful integration into the Legacy Farmer coaching experience. Key Responsibilities
Scheduling & Payment
Confirm and manage onboarding schedules for all new members. Facilitate and coordinate all Senior Coaching scheduling, ensuring calendar alignment and member access. Verify receipt of initial payments and ensure payment information is properly recorded.
Policy Review & Member Accountability
Clearly communicate the Accountability Policy and No-Show Policy to members. Ensure that members acknowledge these policies prior to coaching engagement.
Process Orientation
Explain the Legacy Farmer process and how it connects to the member’s annual meeting goals. Provide an overview of the internal Legacy Farmer team, clarifying roles and points of contact.
Financial Data Preparation
Assign and guide members through the entry of their balance sheet and cash flow statements into Farmer Metrics (FM). Ensure accuracy and completion of initial financial data inputs before coaching begins.
System & Tool Introduction
Provide members with a basic working knowledge of Farmer Metrics (FM), including navigation and functionality. Troubleshoot initial access or usage issues and address technical concerns as needed.
Qualifications
Strong organizational and scheduling skills with attention to detail. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to explain processes and policies clearly and confidently. Familiarity with financial statements (balance sheet, cash flow) preferred. Prior experience in customer onboarding, client success, or account coordination is a plus. Reporting & Compensation
Reports to: Customer Experience & Engagement Specialist Salary Range: $45,000 – $55,000 annually Success Metrics
Onboarding completed within designated timeline. 100% of members confirm understanding of accountability and no-show policies. Balance sheet and cash flow entered into FM before first coaching session. Senior Coaching schedules consistently optimized with minimal conflicts or missed sessions. Member satisfaction with onboarding process (survey/feedback scores).
