is seeking a
SAP HR Systems Analyst
for a remote opportunity (Candidates for this role must reside in the EST). This candidate will support and enhance enterprise Human Resources systems, primarily within SAP ECC HR modules, ensuring efficient workflows, strong data integrity, and regulatory compliance. This role will collaborate closely with HR, IT, and Finance stakeholders to optimize system functionality, strengthen reporting capabilities, and modernize HR technology processes through configuration and automation.
Required Qualifications of the SAP HR Systems Analyst
Applicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S. We are unable to provide sponsorship or work with Third-Party agencies.
3+ years of hands‑on experience supporting and configuring SAP ECC HR modules, including troubleshooting and workflow enhancements
3+ years of experience working with State HR and Payroll processes, including compliance with regulations such as HIPAA and FLSA
3+ years of experience performing data validation, reconciliation, and integrity monitoring across HR systems
3+ years of experience developing advanced reports and dashboards using SAP reporting tools, Excel, and Power BI
3+ years of experience utilizing Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio) and collaboration tools such as SharePoint, OneDrive, and Teams
3+ years of experience designing and maintaining role‑based access control (RBAC) and position‑driven security configurations
Demonstrated experience executing unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT) for system updates and enhancements
Strong technical documentation skills, including maintaining configuration records, SOPs, and user guides
Preferred Skills/Experience
Familiarity with IT security and compliance frameworks such as NIST 800‑53, FISMA, and state‑level information security standards
Experience supporting or participating in IT implementation or HR system modernization projects
Experience using ticketing or work management systems to track enhancements and change requests
Responsibilities of the SAP HR Systems Analyst
Configure, maintain, and enhance SAP ECC HR modules to align with evolving business and compliance requirements
Analyze current HR workflows and implement system‑driven improvements to reduce manual processes and increase efficiency
Monitor HR data accuracy, investigate discrepancies, and implement corrective solutions to maintain data integrity
Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to support operational, compliance, and audit needs
Partner with HR, IT, and Finance teams to gather requirements, test system changes, and support production deployments
Create and maintain technical documentation and provide system support and guidance to end users
Work Location Remote (Candidates must reside in EST zone.)
