The right candidate is equal parts analytical and strategic, someone who can spot patterns in data, connect them to business outcomes, and clearly communicate insights that inform product direction, marketing investment, and customer success strategies.
You should be a self‑starter who thrives in a fast‑paced startup environment, comfortable navigating ambiguity, shifting priorities, and working across teams to get things done.
What You’ll Do:
Help bring our agentic catalog vision to life through insight‑driven iteration
Analyze cross‑channel performance data from Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, and on‑site search behavior
Uncover insights in product‑level performance, catalog interaction, and conversion funnels to shape both product and growth strategy
Build and maintain dashboards tracking KPIs like ROAS, CAC, AOV, CTR, and LTV
Design and evaluate A/B tests and growth experiments across customer touchpoints
Create data‑backed narratives for internal teams and customer‑facing conversations
Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success to turn data into action
What You Bring:
Ability to thrive in a high‑growth, dynamic, and ambiguous startup environment
2–6 years of experience in a growth, product, or data‑focused role (ecommerce/SaaS preferred)
Strong understanding of ecommerce funnels, marketing platforms, and digital performance metrics
Fluency in tools like Looker Studio, Tableau, Power BI, and Excel/Google Sheets
Analytical mindset with a strong sense of ownership and curiosity
Clear, compelling communication, especially when turning data into strategy
Bonus Points:
Familiarity with product feeds, catalog enrichment, or search optimization
Hands‑on experience with SQL, Python, or data modeling
Client‑facing experience or comfort navigating exec‑level conversations
