insightsoftware is seeking areporting directly to the Director of Solution Engineering. This position will handle product demonstrations, pre-sales support and partner enablement for our tax business unit. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between our sales and post-sales teams, providing expert guidance to prospects on how our products can address their specific business challenges. You should have a consulting mindset and experience mapping customer requirements to software solutions. This is a remote based role.**Primary Responsibilities:** : Develop a deep understanding of our tax solution, including features, benefits, and competitive advantages.: Collaborate with the sales team to identify client needs and tailor presentations that demonstrate how our solutions can meet those requirements.**Qualifications** Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting.
Computer Science or a related field is a plus.Experience: Minimum of 3 years in a tax role, in industry or public accounting as a consultant.
Presenting to mixed teams, varying from staff level accountants to the Vice President of Tax.
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
Ability to think quickly to respond to customer questions and convey complex technical concepts.Technical Skills: Proficiency in tax platforms and a solid understanding of tax provision, transfer pricing, and BEPS reporting requirements.Problem-Solving: Strong analytical skills with a proactive approach to identifying and addressing client challenges.Ability to travel up to 60% of your time**Preferred Qualifications:** Experience supporting a software platform/product in a customer-facing B2B environment. Experience Longview Tax or other tax provision platforms. Experience with Rest APIs. Technical computer knowledge. #J-18808-Ljbffr
