Role Overview We are seeking a results‑driven Channel Partner Manager to build, manage, and scale AutoScheduler.AI’s indirect go‑to‑market motion. This is a sales role reporting to the VP of Sales, and owns the recruitment, enablement, performance, and growth of channel partners that re‑sell, co‑sell, implement, or influence AutoScheduler solutions.
The Channel Partner Manager is accountable for partner‑sourced and partner‑influenced pipeline and revenue, and for creating a repeatable channel motion that complements AutoScheduler’s direct enterprise sales team. This role requires experience in enterprise SaaS channel programs, supply chain technology ecosystems, and disciplined execution across enablement, forecasting, and co‑selling.
Key Responsibilities
Channel Strategy and Program Development
Design and execute AutoScheduler.AI’s channel partner strategy, including partner tiers, incentives, enablement requirements, and success criteria.
Recruit, onboard, and certify channel partners such as SIs, VARs, consultancies, automation integrators, and logistics technology providers.
Define ideal channel partner profiles aligned with enterprise warehouse and supply chain buyers.
Revenue Ownership and Co‑Selling
Drive partner‑sourced and partner‑influenced pipeline and revenue against a defined quota.
Work closely with direct Account Executives to coordinate co‑selling motions and account ownership.
Support partners through deal qualification, value positioning, pricing strategy, and close.
Partner Enablement & Readiness
Enable partners to sell AutoScheduler effectively by delivering training on product, messaging, differentiation, and Challenger‑based selling.
Develop scalable partner enablement assets, playbooks, and sales tools.
Ensure partners can independently identify, qualify, and advance opportunities.
Partner Performance Management
Establish KPIs for partner success including pipeline generation, revenue contribution, deal velocity, and certification status.
Conduct regular pipeline, forecast, and business reviews with partners.
Optimize the partner portfolio by doubling down on high performers and disengaging from underperforming partners.
Cross‑Functional Collaboration
Partner with Marketing on channel‑driven campaigns, events, and demand‑generation initiatives.
Work with Product and Customer Success to support partner‑led implementations and customer outcomes.
Provide structured partner feedback to inform roadmap, packaging, and GTM improvements.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or a related field
Proven track record of at least 5–7 years in sales, channel sales, partner management, with a focus on SaaS Enterprise software solutions.
Extensive experience in warehousing operations and logistics.
Demonstrated success building and scaling channel programs in an enterprise SaaS environment.
Strong understanding of indirect sales models, co‑selling frameworks, and channel economics.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Highly dynamic and autonomous with the ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment.
Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
Willingness to travel as needed (up to 30%).

Work Environment & Other Information Physical requirements include the ability to lift/carry up to 20‑30 pounds occasionally, visual acuity, speech and hearing, hand and eye coordination and manual dexterity necessary to operate a computer and office equipment. Subject to standing, sitting, walking, climbing, crawling, bending, stooping, crouching, kneeling, pushing, pulling, reaching, twisting, balancing, repetitive motion, and squatting to perform the essential functions.
