Architectural Designer
to assist with projects from initial design through permit drawings.
Projects included new construction, additions and ADU’s for both modern and traditional homes in the Los Angeles area.
The ideal candidate has design skills and technical skills to bring a project from early concept design through permit drawings.
We are looking for a person proficient in both Rhino and AutoCAD.
This is a remote position. The ideal candidate is good in communication, able to summarize progress on projects, reach out when there are questions and update the project lead. Review meetings will be remote and typically daily during the work week.
Project Roles:
Develop design studies in Rhino
Produce Permit Drawings / Construction Documents in AutoCADLT
Qualifications and Skills:
4 year BA in Architecture or previous experience in Architecture
Summer Internship OK

Role Details:
Hourly Pay $25 - $35 per hour, commensurate with experience
Remote
Part Time, flexible workload 20-40 hours per week
