Provide clinical expertise to train and refine AI systems in anesthesiology workflows
Review, annotate, and interpret clinical datasets for AI model development
Simulate perioperative and pain management scenarios to validate AI outputs
Collaborate with engineers and data scientists to improve model accuracy
Document medical decision-making processes for interdisciplinary teams
Support quality assurance, patient safety assessment, and regulatory compliance efforts
Requirements
Board-certified or board-eligible Anesthesiologist (MD or DO) with active clinical experience
Strong expertise in perioperative care, airway management, and pain management
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Experience with clinical documentation and patient safety protocols
Comfort with digital platforms and clinical informatics tools
Detail-oriented and able to work independently in a remote setting
