Remote Customer Success Associate Responsibilities As a vital member of the support team, you will facilitate user onboarding, resolve issues, and gather feedback for product improvement, specifically focusing on the Sleeper Picks product, which provides a streamlined Daily Fantasy Sports experience for a wide-ranging audience.
Key Tasks and Responsibilities
Provide outstanding customer service through email, chat, and social media
Respond to user complaints and inquiries professionally and promptly
Assist regulatory and compliance teams with requests and fraud examinations
Collaborate with operations teams related to user interactions and DFS products
Monitor deposit and withdrawal transactions to detect possible fraud
Candidate Requirements
A minimum of 1 year in a Customer Support or Customer Success role
Proficiency in written and verbal communication
Strong problem-solving capabilities to identify issue root causes
Empathy and a customer-first attitude
Availability for a 40-hour workweek, including off-peak hours
