We're looking for a Senior AI Engineer to join our AI Transformation practice. You'll work directly with enterprise clients to design, build, and deploy production AI systems that execute real work — not proofs of concept that sit on a shelf. What You'll Do
Design and implement AI agents, RAG pipelines, and knowledge infrastructure for enterprise clients Architect multi-agent systems that integrate into existing enterprise workflows Build evaluation frameworks and monitoring systems for production AI Collaborate with clients to understand their domain and translate business requirements into technical solutions Contribute to our internal AI platform and tooling What We're Looking For
5+ years of software engineering experience, with 2+ years focused on AI/ML systems Deep experience with LLMs, retrieval-augmented generation, and agent frameworks Strong Python skills; experience with TypeScript is a plus Familiarity with vector databases, embedding models, and knowledge graph architectures Experience deploying and monitoring AI systems in production Excellent communication skills — you'll be client-facing Nice to Have
Experience with enterprise environments (SOC 2, HIPAA, SOX compliance) Background in consulting or professional services Contributions to open-source AI projects Interested?
