Pay Range $175,000.00/yr - $185,000.00/yr (Base pay)
What You’ll Do
Build and own production features across
Node.js, React, and AWS
Design backend services and APIs in a
cloud-native / serverless environment
Own complex integrations end‑to‑end
Improve platform
reliability, scalability, and observability
Partner closely with product and domain stakeholders
Lead by example through code quality, system design, and sound judgment
What We’re Looking For
Senior experience with
Node.js
in production systems
Strong exposure to
AWS
and modern cloud‑native patterns
Solid
React
experience (comfortable contributing to existing codebases)
Experience owning integrations in distributed systems
Comfort operating with ambiguity and autonomy
Nice to Have
Experience in healthcare or other regulated environments
Familiarity with FHIR, HL7, X12, or complex B2B integrations
