Senior Accountant
to join the company’s Corporate Accounting team and support the company’s continued growth. You will assist the team by improving controls and processes to meet our operational and reporting requirements that will help scale and shape our business. You will work closely with senior members of the team on core accounting functions, including preparing journal entries, and supporting the month-end close process.
What You'll Do
Responsible for day-to-day management of GL functions, such as leases, equity, fixed assets, taxes and intercompany
Prepare journal entries and perform account reconciliations for balance sheet and income statement accounts
Support the month-end close process to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting
Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to gather information and resolve accounting-related questions
Help maintain and follow documented accounting policies and procedures
Assist with year-end audit requests and regulatory filings
Support technical accounting research and implementation of new accounting standards
Support ad-hoc projects and process improvements as assigned
What We're Looking For
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
2–4 years of accounting experience (private industry or public accounting preferred)
Understanding of GAAP and basic accounting principles
Ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively within a team
Strong attention to detail, organizational, and analytical skills
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow
Nice to Have
Experience in digital healthcare
Experience with NetSuite
Experience streamlining processes
As a remote position, the salary range for this role is: $80,000 - $90,000 USD

Total Rewards Individual compensation packages are based on a few different factors unique to each candidate, including primary work location and an evaluation of a candidate’s skills, experience, market demands, and internal equity.
Salary is just one component of Transcarent's total package. All regular employees are also eligible for the corporate bonus program or a sales incentive (target included in OTE) as well as stock options.
