Sr. Financial Analyst
to join our fast-growing B2B SaaS company. In this critical role, you'll be the analytical engine behind financial decision-making—supporting forecasting, budgeting, and business performance analysis across departments. Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain financial models to support forecasting, budgeting, and strategic planning Analyze business trends, KPIs, and operational metrics to provide actionable insights Partner with business units to support data-driven decision-making and financial guidance Prepare monthly financial reports, variance analyses, and executive dashboards Drive process improvements across FP&A and cross-functional collaboration Assist in board-level reporting and investor materials as needed What We’re Looking For Highly self-motivated and fast-learning individual who can ramp up quickly and deliver value early Exceptional presentation and communication skills, capable of translating complex data into executive-level insights FP&A experience in a B2B SaaS environment with recurring revenue models Strong balance of detail orientation and strategic thinking—able to manage the numbers and articulate the story behind them Willingness to roll up sleeves and put in the time when it counts Ability to write SQL queries to be able to obtain data for analysis. Qualifications 3+ years of progressive experience in FP&A, strategic finance, or corporate development roles Strong knowledge of SaaS metrics, including ARR, net retention, LTV/CAC, and churn Demonstrated ability to build and present financial models and investor-ready materials Highly analytical with strong attention to detail, accuracy, and quality control Excellent communication, interpersonal, and influence skills with C-level stakeholders Advanced Excel skills; experience with Planful, NetSuite, and Salesforce is a strong plus Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field required; MBA, CPA, or CFA preferred Proven ability to succeed in a fast-paced, high-growth, and deadline-driven environment Seniority level
