We at Purple, Rock, Scissors are currently seeking a fully remote Lead Product Designer to support one of our leading digital transformation and product innovation clients. As a Lead Product Designer, you will lead end-to-end design of complex web and mobile experiences, translating business and user requirements into clear user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity UI. Design and evolve scalable design systems, defining reusable components and interaction patterns that ensure consistency and long-term maintainability. Collaborate closely with product and engineering to align on feasibility, refine interactions, and deliver production-ready designs with clear specifications. Facilitate client and stakeholder reviews, presenting prototypes and strategic rationale to drive alignment and informed decision-making. Use interaction and motion design intentionally to improve clarity, usability, and overall product polish while ensuring solutions ship and scale effectively.

Required Qualifications
4+ years of product, digital, or visual design experience
Ability to produce production-ready design specifications for engineering
Experience designing complex user flows and information architecture
Prototyping experience for usability validation
4+ years of advanced proficiency in Figma
4+ years of experience building and maintaining scalable design systems
4+ years of experience designing for CMS-driven web environments
4+ years of utilizing wireframing and high-fidelity UI design skills
4+ years of experience delivering responsive web and mobile interfaces
Experience working in agile environments
Preferred Qualifications
Experience working within enterprise-scale digital products
Experience designing for marketing and editorial content platforms
Familiarity with headless CMS platforms
Exposure to component-based frontend frameworks (React-aligned design systems)
Experience facilitating structured design workshops with enterprise clients
Experience using analytics to inform design decisions
Accessibility standards knowledge (WCAG compliance)
Experience in retail, healthcare, or large consumer-facing ecosystems
