Position Title: Project Manager
Location: Remote (U.S. Based)
Type of Role: Full-time
We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and service-driven Project Manager to support RAIN Group’s internal operations and client initiatives. This role is ideal for someone who excels at coordination, enjoys problem-solving, and thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. The successful candidate will bring strong operational rigor, proactive communication, and a client-centered mindset to ensure seamless project execution and high-quality client experience.

Key Responsibilities Client & Project Support
Serve as the primary operational point of contact for a portfolio of RAIN Group clients.
Develop, maintain, and manage detailed project plans using Monday.com or similar platforms.
Facilitate client onboarding and key client touchpoints, ensuring clear verbal and written communication of project objectives, progress, and next steps.
Manage day-to-day project execution, coordinating logistics, timelines, and workflows across the engagement lifecycle.
Partner closely with internal stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate delivery of project milestones and deliverables.
Support consultants and facilitators to ensure well-organized, seamless, and high-quality client experiences.
Proactively communicate project status, risks, and updates to internal teams and engagement leaders, escalating issues as needed.
Support accurate project tracking by partnering with operations and finance on invoicing and revenue recognition processes.
Program Excellence and Optimization
Contribute to developing scalable frameworks and continuous improvement of RAIN Group’s learning programs across formats and delivery modalities.
Leverage AI-enabled tools and methods to streamline project execution and to enhance participant experience.
Maintain quality and consistency across program materials, templates, and processes, ensuring they meet RAIN Group’s brand and delivery standards.
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor’s degree required.
4+ years of experience in operational, project coordination, or client support role (within a professional services organization preferred).
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Proactive and solutions-oriented, able to anticipate challenges, resolve issues efficiently, and ensure projects stay on track and within scope parameters.
Excellent communication and connection skills, with a proven ability to manage stakeholders, foster clarity and confidence, and deliver professional service.
Agile and adaptable, able to problem-solve effectively while maintaining accuracy and composure amid shifting priorities; committed to continuous improvement and exceptional support for internal and external clients.
Proficient in MS Suite; familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Monday.com) and comfort supporting learning and development (L&D) program operations are a plus.
