Role & Responsibilities
Client Onboarding:
Review all sales notes and documents to understand specific client needs and determine the onboarding plan.
Client Relationship Management:
Cultivate and maintain strong client relationships understanding their needs and objectives.
Production Plan Scoping & Management:
Collaborate with the team to create detailed project plans and manage implementation.
Product Knowledge:
Possess strong understanding of Ecommerce, Retention, CRO, and UX best practices.
Technical Expertise:
Have in-depth knowledge of Shopify Plus capabilities and communicate effectively with technical teams.
Task Management:
Define Task Acceptance Criteria and ensure timely delivery.
Budget Management:
Oversee client budget and ensure accurate time tracking.
Education:
Stay updated on eCommerce trends and implement best practices within the team.
Requirements
Proven experience as a Technical Project Manager or similar role with a focus on eCommerce platforms.
Experience with Shopify required; familiarity with Magento or Salesforce preferred.
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or a related discipline.
Demonstrated leadership experience in a fast-paced environment.
