This role is perfect for someone who wants exposure to the clinical-review side of healthcare without needing a clinical license. You’ll support the UM team by preparing case files, gathering documentation, and assisting with review coordination across payer systems.
What You’ll Do
Prepare UM case files and documentation packets
Check requests for completeness
Upload clinical notes into payer platforms
Track review progress and update internal logs
Follow HIPAA and privacy standards at all times
